Innovation and Resilience Workshops

It’s no mystery that we live in a complex and difficult world. Whether we call it VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Ambiguity), BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible), or both, traditional business training is not enough to navigate this environment. Our workshops tap into non-business disciplines to build resilience, flexibility, intuition, cooperation and other skills to improve your teams’ ability to work together and innovate.

Our workshops are designed by Dino Cattaneo, and based in the Arts Based Experiential Learning framework created by Creating Futures That Work. Dino is a CFTW Certified Innovation Coach. The workshop are custom designed based on the organization’s needs, and include elements of creativity and performance management. To fully deliver the experience, the workshops are taught in partnership with intructore s with deep expertise in the disciplines used.
